Cleaning the Counter

Office/Cubicles/Meeting Rooms

  • Dust or vacuum HVAC vents (change HVAC filters if indicated)

  • Dust shelves, cabinets, and other hard surfaces.

  • Disinfect light switches, heating and AC controls, elevator buttons, etc.

  • Empty trash receptacles, wipe them down, and replace liners.

  • Dust computer monitors and keyboards, as well as other computer equipment.

  • Disinfect high-contact surfaces such as phones, lamps, keyboards, staplers, fax machines, etc. 

  • Dust and sanitize desks, tables, and office chairs.

  • Dust window blinds/shades as well as the window sill.

  • Clean window glass and any other glass surfaces.

  • Vacuum or sweep and mop the floors.

Kitchen/Break Area

  • Disinfecting high-contact surfaces 

  • Discarding any trash left behind 

  • Emptying recycle bin and trash cans 

  • Clean sink and faucet with disinfectant

  • Clean and disinfect table tops and seating space. 

  • Vacuum or sweep, and mop floors. 

  • Clean all utensils and dishware. 

  • Clean all kitchen appliances such as toaster, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, etc. 

  • Empty trash and recycling receptacles, disinfect, and replace liners.

Bathroom

  • Empty and disinfect trash receptacles and sanitary napkin dispensers (if applicable).

  • Disinfect sinks, paper towel dispensers, and/or hand-dryers.

  • Sweep and mop floors with a disinfectant solution 

  • Wash and sanitize all toilets, doors, and fixtures in the washroom. 

  • Wipe down reflective surfaces like brass, mirrors, and glass with glass cleaners. 

  • Clean and disinfect high-contact surfaces like door handles, and locks.

Exterior Areas

  • Cleaning glass doors and windows

  • Emptying outdoor trash cans 

  • Ensuring welcome mats are clean and properly place

  • Sweeping entrances.
